Elderflower syrup Paraul Furnicii - The story of Kofi Ti elderflower drink begins with an elderflower syrup as all should be. The elderflowers, gathered by the villagers from Bunesti in the first days of summer, are cold-infused for three days in the Paraul Furnicii workshop by Sorin Neculae.
