About the producer
I am Chef Sosin, a cat lover and local producer of craft sauces.
I started in July 2018 with three types of mustard: one sweet, one slightly spicy, one spicy and spicy and one with horseradish, seasonal. At that time I already had three cats in the house: Bursuka, Pisli and Aki. In the meantime, the portfolio has grown to three types of mustard, two types of chutney, two hot sauces and a clementine jam. The fourth cat, Sosi, also appeared. All the activity, except for the cats, has moved to the laboratory in Jilava.
The philosophy is simple: use the best quality ingredients, which can be divided into several categories: beans, honey, vinegar (wine), fruits and vegetables (in the case of the two varieties of chutney). There is no need and no artificial colors, sweeteners or synthetic thickeners are used.
For production, an 80-liter propeller marmite that is 26 years old is used. The engine was reconditioned, and a lathe operator made a new propeller for it. Now it buzzes happily.
The jars are filled manually, and so are the labels. The good news is that the labels can be peeled off very easily and without traces in order to reuse the jars.
