Plugo Tunes is one of the Plugo variations from Playshifu, an educational STEAM game that uses Augmented Reality (AR) for an imaginative, game-based approach. Each of the Plugo game variations focuses on a slightly different STEAM element. In this case, it helps develop musical intelligence and creativity.
Turn your tablet or smartphone into a musical bootcamp! With this Plugo kit and the free Plugo app, kids will master the ABCs of musical notes, sing along to 50+ songs, compose their own melodies, and use special “pop” accessories to add backing music. On-screen, colorful characters guide their learning and dance to the tunes kids create. Basic musical concepts are thus introduced through play.
The skills learned through Plugo Tunes transfer seamlessly to a real-life piano.
The set includes a Gamepad that holds the tablet up allowing kids to play without touching the screen, a piano, 3 “pop” accessories for background music (backing tracks), stickers to mark the keys, and an instruction manual.
The free Plugo app is available for download on the Apple App Store and GooglePlay.
Once set up, the app runs without internet! Internet is only required to update the app.
