Verdino Plant-based Frozen Nuggets (frozen)

The plant-based alternative to meatballs based on pea and bean protein. Frozen product. The soul of the party as an appetizer or pampered and marinated in tomato sauce! How you cook them is up to you. We did our job, we created the perfect vegetarian meatballs, to be with you through thick and thin. With garlic, onion, pepper and other spices, they are just like at home, only 100% plant-based. They are made with a lot of pea protein and keep their flavor in any recipe.

Cooking recommendation

Defrost the product before cooking.

Pan: add the meatballs to the hot oil and fry for 6-8 minutes, turning them frequently.
Oven: heat the oven to 190°C and bake for at least 10 minutes. 
For cooking in sauce, such as tomato sauce, fry for at least 5 minutes before adding to the sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
You can prepare meatball soup, fried meatballs, marinated meatballs or meatballs with pasta.
Warnings: Do not refreeze after defrosting! Consume only cooked!

About the producer

In 2019, Verdino appeared on the market, the first and only Romanian producer to offer a plant-based alternative to meat products using pea protein and coconut oil.
