Described by an intense shade of red that hypnotizes chromatically, but also by fruity-spicy aromas that surprise with a special depth in taste, Crama Mircesti Feteasca Neagra and Saperavi is certainly a wine that you will remember. The dry blend proposes a proportion of 83% Feteasca Neaga and 17% Saperavi, kept in oak barrels for 12 months and kept in glass until it reaches the perfection of taste, as it is seen in the heart of Moldova. The grapes chosen for this blend are all harvested from vineyards located at the highest altitude in Moldova, 300m, on south-eastern slopes with an inclination of 8 degrees, all these details refining the unique character of the ripe berries here and, consequently, giving an authentic character to the wine. Crama Mircesti Feteasca Neagra and Saperavi has an aging potential of at least 5 - 10 years in glass and is savored decanted before consumption.

Smell: Complex perfume of black forest fruits, enveloped in deeply spicy accents.

Taste: Full body and intense aromas of well-ripened black fruits, where blackberries, blueberries and black cherries are especially noticeable, complemented with vanilla and pepper.

Serving recommendation

Its intense aromas are suitable for various culinary combinations, but best with pork goulash or with an extra fine chocolate mousse.
