La Roche Demi Sec Sparkling Wine

A wine with an excellent value that deserves to be consumed around any lavish party, the result of the best crops in the northern region of France, where the Airen and Ugni Blanc grape varieties develop harmoniously on the calcareous terroirs. The producers wanted to bring to this bottle an ideal combination of quality and price, which they succeeded in doing, this sparkling wine being suitable for almost any occasion, bringing a fresh air and a special light. Traditional winemaking methods and late blending of the varieties are by far the secret of this wine which presents pleasant aromas of citrus (grapefruit and lemon), but also fine notes of peach. On the palate, the attack is complex, its dry structure and the blend of aromas leading to a finish of medium intensity.

Serving recommendation

To be consumed as an aperitif or with various Greek cold cuts or light salads, at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.
