Product description
Burrata is a stretched curd cheese made from cow's milk. Its particularity lies in the fact that it is a double-structured cheese: the outer shell is actually composed of a sheet of mozzarella paste, while the inside is made of whey butter. Considered a true delicacy today, its processing is quite simple, also because it is a product that does not require seasoning. This product is frozen directly at the production and guarantees consistency and taste for a long time.

Consumption recommendation
