Dry rose wine
The current brand and popularity of Chateau d’Esclans wines appeared in 2006, when the property was acquired by Russian-born oenologist Sacha Lichine. Currently, on the estate in Provence, the Chateau d’Esclans vineyards cover a total of 267 hectares, cultivated mainly with Grenache (one of the oldest, almost 90 years old) and Vermentino varieties. Other varieties cultivated are: Cinsault, Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah and Tibouren. Single-varietal and rose blends are the main type of wine produced by Sacha Lichine and his partners in Provence. Chateau d’Esclans, as well as other wine brands produced by them, are appreciated and marketed worldwide. The Pale Rose is one of Sacha Lichine's latest creations and is produced in the Var region of Provence. This blend is created for those who prefer the sophisticated aromas resulting from native varieties and vinification in the style characteristic of the Provence region.
Appearance: Pale pink.
Smell: Fresh, expressive aroma.
Taste: Fruity, subtle notes of peach and pink grapefruit. The elegant texture matches perfectly with the colorful and playful design of the Pale Rose label. Dry, delicate and creamy aftertaste.
