The classic taste of polyfloral honey is enriched with fine notes of roasted and crushed almonds, embraced in the unmistakable aroma of cinnamon. A hint of sea salt is also present, for an activation of the senses. The honey used is raw, unhomogenized, unliquefied.

How to use

It can be consumed as is, spread on pancakes, sandwiches, biscuits, etc. It can be homogenized in various recipes: with yogurt, ice cream, cereal flakes, muesli, etc.
Excellent energizer before or after physical effort, for revitalization.

Consume within 30 days of opening.
Store at temperatures between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius.

The honey, produced 100% in Romania, is selected by our specialists, based on strict quality and hygiene criteria. The technology used is automated, so that the homogenization and bottling process can be perfectly controlled, the final product preserving all the richness that the hardworking bees give us. The in-house analysis laboratory ensures both the hygiene and food safety, as well as the maintenance of the nutritional properties of Aurum products.

The honey comes from traditional beekeepers, truly skilled in crafting a quality product, clean, healthy, authentic.

The story begins in 2008, when Dr. Vicentiu Gavanescu decided to build a modern honey bottling facility. The studies were carried out on similar models in the USA, Israel and Japan, based on which our project was born, in the Danube floodplain, in the middle of nature, far from the hustle and bustle of cities. Over 50 years of experience in the medical field have imprinted a defining feature of our location: cleanliness. Of the Place, of the People, of the Product.

In 2018, the team was completed by the young and courageous, who brought the concept of a modern product, according to the requirements of the current consumer market – Healthy, Complex, Innovative.

The first new products were created, from honey and 100% natural ingredients, based on and in addition to Dr. Gavanescu's lifelong studies and work.
