About the producer
Cuba is nicknamed the "Island of Rum", due to the world-famous sugar cane, the favorable climate, the fertile soil and the "know-how" that the Cuban masters, traditionally called "Maestros Roneros", have held for hundreds of years. In the past, locals and sailors used sugar cane to make "tafia" - the drink from which rum evolved. Havana Club has kept alive the art of distilling, aging and blending premium rums, thus ensuring the legacy and continuity of the supremacy of rum and Cuban tradition. All rums in the Havana Club range are matured, hence the name "Anejo" (aged). Today Havana Club is the leader in the Cuban rum market in its country and in the world.
