Preparing the meat: Thin the veal slices to obtain uniform strips. To thin them, cover the pieces of meat with plastic wrap and beat them with the flat side of the meat mallet until they are thin and uniform.
Seasoning the meat: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat strips to taste.
Setting up the workstations: Prepare three plates or bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
Coating the meat: Pass each strip of meat first through the flour, making sure it is evenly coated, then through the beaten eggs, and finally through the breadcrumbs. Make sure that the pressure applied during coating ensures good adhesion of the breadcrumbs to the meat.
Frying the schnitzels: Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Place the prepared schnitzels in the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Draining and serving: After frying, place the schnitzels on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve them hot with side dishes such as fries, salad, or fresh vegetables.
Veal schnitzels are delicious and versatile and can be served in a variety of ways. You can accompany them with sauces, lemon wedges, or other additions to achieve a varied taste and presentation.

Refrigerated product Class A. Storage temperature: between 0°C and 4°C. Cook before consumption. Vacuum packed. Colour and smell may be influenced by vacuum packaging. The product will regain its natural colour and smell within 15 minutes of opening. Consume within 24 hours of opening the package.
