Friza Dry white wine

Friza is a friendly, lively, easy-to-drink, accessible, monovarietal sparkling wine, excellent to serve in the company of friends. The appearance of small, velvety and persistent bubbles amplifies the feeling of freshness and naturalness.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually at full maturity.
Saturation with carbon dioxide resulting from the fermentation of the must, that is, after the Asti method.
Matured in pressurized tanks. Bottled under pressure.
This vinification method can produce wines with a light, very aromatic effervescence, with a pleasant residual sugar and low alcohol content.

Serving and storage recommendations

Spicy dishes, sushi, salads, fresh cheese.
Serving temperature 6-8°C

Alcohol consumption is prohibited for persons under the age of 18.

About the Producer

Crama Carastelec is the first investment in Romania designed to produce predominantly sparkling wines and effervescent wines. It is located in one of the oldest wine-producing areas in the country, near the Magura Simleului mountain massif, also called the crystalline island of Transylvania, an area that stands out due to a special soil, from which the vine extracts the minerals necessary to give birth to elegant wines, full of finesse and refinement.

The winery appeared on the Romanian wine map in 2011, when the 22 hectares were planted, with varieties chosen for vinification according to the traditional method of obtaining sparkling wines. The compact plantation on the hill above the village forms a natural amphitheater with southern exposure.

Storage conditions

Temperatures between 10-18 C
