A mixture of organic gluten-free oat flakes for preparing a warm oat porridge.

The GLUTEN-FREE basic oat porridge is specially processed to obtain oat flakes. This is why our organic hot porridge is quick and easy to prepare and has an optimal consistency.

Gluten-free oats
The oats in this controlled gluten-free porridge are cultivated and processed without gluten contamination. Most people with gluten intolerance can include the use of gluten-free oats in their diet because the protein structure of oats is different from that of wheat, rye, barley and spelt. It is recommended that gluten-free oat products be integrated slowly and gradually into a gluten-free diet.

Natural oats have a balanced ratio of different nutrients:
- Oats naturally contain vitamin B1
- The iron content in oats is higher than in other cereals
- Oats contain soluble fibres that form the typical oat slime

Cholesterol-conscious diet with oats
Oat beta-glucans have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol levels are among the risk factors in the development of coronary heart disease. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan (equivalent to 80 g of hot oats. A serving of hot oats equals 50 g). A varied and balanced diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle with sufficient exercise, are essential for your health.
