We are always on the run, but we have to eat every day. "Real" food, snacks, "junk food". Aware of the needs of our body, we decided that we will eat healthy every day. However, in the daily hustle and bustle, trying to save every minute, we end up eating unhealthy.
We consider ourselves intelligent and well-informed people. So why is there such a big gap between our decisions and the choices we make? Maybe because we are so busy and stressed that we do not prioritize our own health.
