Zimbria Mangalita Pork Toba

ZIMBRIA Mangalita pork belly is a traditional Christmas delicacy, prepared according to the classic recipe, which respects the ingredients used for hundreds of years as well as the stages of obtaining the finished product. It is a consistent dish made from pork meat with rind, pork ears, pork tongue, pork heart, salt, allspice, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves. The preparation is put in a natural membrane and then boiled, thus obtaining a delicate and tasty texture and taste.
