Large, traditional smoked peasant sausages, with a robust aroma of seasoned meat, perfect for authentic and hearty meals.
Vacuum-packed product: color and smell may be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal after 15 minutes of opening the package. It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package.
To be heat treated before consumption.
Consumption recommendation
Fry the sausages in a pan or on the grill until they are golden brown, crispy and enjoy them hot with pickles.
About the Producer
The idea of this business was born from the desire to give life to a new, modern, premium concept of butcher shop and butcher shop through which to be different, starting from the appearance of the stores to new cuts of meat, ready to cook, ready to eat recipes, matured products but also traditional products such as mici/sausages/pastrami. Our goal is to meet the needs of as many Horeca restaurants and their gourmets as possible.
Thus we prepare carefully, fresh with Romanian meat. 90% of our products come from carcasses, which makes our products very fresh.
