Stage cereals:

Weaning (6 months+) At the start of weaning, choose simple flavours and smooth textures. Like our single grain rice or Stage 1 cereals, all with a light and fluffy texture.

Exploring new textures (7 months+) When baby is ready to move on, try our Stage 2 cereals. They have a variety of crunchy clusters and soft pieces of real organic fruit, for little ones to explore and enjoy.

Lumpy textures (10 months+) As your little one’s appetite for adventure grows, you can introduce lumpier textures. With rolled oats, fruit pieces and puffed grains, they’re a great way to encourage little mouths to start chewing.

Preparation instructions:

1. Put 3 heaped tablespoons of baby’s usual milk, cold or warmed, into a clean bowl.

2. Gradually add 1 level tablespoon of cereal, stirring continuously.

3. Stir until the mixture thickens. Use within 30 minutes of making.

If warming, always check the temperature before feeding. These instructions are a guide only. You may need to adjust the amount of milk and cereal to achieve the right consistency for your baby.

*The Department of Health and the World Health Organisation recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months. Around 6 months, your baby may start to show signs that they are ready to wean.
