Wholemeal Spelt Flour Bio, 1 kg
Packed and sifted manually for Pronat customers.
Processed with a special technology, at a maximum of 35° C, so that the WHOLE wheat grain is ground extremely finely (400 microns), thus containing the bran as well.
Recipe for wholemeal spelt bread: 500 g of spelt flour is mixed with 11 g of Himalayan salt. 8.5 g of yeast is mixed with 330 ml of lukewarm water, then poured over the flour mixed with salt. Add 5 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil. Select the "wholemeal" baking program from the bread maker. If desired, you can add about 30 g of various seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame, hemp, etc.).
