Beciul Domnesc Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon is the wine that has convinced both consumers and sommeliers, with its strong aromas of wild vegetation and delicate notes of forest fruits. Slow maturation in barrique added spicy touches to the wine, giving it originality and flavour. Open it in the company of friends and appetizers, lamb, game, goose or duck dishes, as well as with goat and sheep cheeses.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. Type: dry. Colour: Ruby red. Quality level: DOC CMD Cotesti. Alcohol strength: 14%. Harvest year: 2014. Maturation and aging: slow maturation in barrique for a minimum of 6 months, followed by bottle aging.

Instructions for use:

Serving temperature: 17-18°C. Food pairings: appetizers and main courses of lamb, game, goose or duck, as well as platters with goat and sheep cheeses.
