Goldberg Grapefruit Juice Tonic Water

Goldberg Pink Grapefruit – created by Lana Shemonaeva, a combination of sweet and slightly sour fruits

A unique composition between sweet and bitter that gives this premium tonic water its unique character. The aroma is dominated by sweet grapefruit and complemented with bergamot and Meyer lemon. Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon hybrid and a mandarin-pomelo hybrid: This combination gives us a wide range of citrus nuances that fit perfectly.

Our taste aspects are easy to recognize in design. Pastel pink and soft yellow ensure a perfect match between fresh sweetness and acidity: combined with grapefruit accents, the design will awaken the warm and sunny side of life.

Goldberg Paloma – specially designed for this cocktail

To create a salt rim on the glass, cover the rim of the highball glass with a piece of lime and then dip it in sea salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes and tequila and add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Top up with GOLDBERG Pink Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a slice of lime or grapefruit.
