This muesli is made according to an authentic Bauck recipe. In this Demeter ingredient mix, oat flakes are combined with hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. The mix has no added sugar; the sweetness of this muesli comes from the raisins in its composition. The recipe for unsweetened muesli with oats, raisins, and hazelnuts is our favorite recipe. The oats come from Demeter organic farming, a type of agriculture with a tradition at the Bauck mill, implemented since 1932 by Eduard Bauck. He thus opted for the result of fertile soil and the support of biodiversity.
