BauckHof ECO Falafel Harissa with peppers and chili

Our organic falafel mixes are ground, mixed and packed in the Bauckhof gluten-free mill. When we installed the gluten-free mill in 2006 and experimented with grinding chickpeas, we came up with the idea of developing a falafel mix from a wide variety of chickpea granulations. After the success of the original falafel, the organic Harissa falafel was added a few years later. The organic Harissa falafel is pleasantly spiced and contains paprika and chili. Just add water. The mixture can be refined with sesame seeds, onion or other spices. For very spicy falafel, chopped chili can be folded in. The package quantity is sufficient for approximately 14 falafel balls. Alternatively, it is a base for chickpea puree, casseroles, soups or fillings. Since chickpeas do not grow here, in the health zone, we work with organic partners abroad. At Bauckhof Mühle we work with 100% organic ingredients. Because organic farming ensures good soil with many microorganisms and earthworms. Microorganisms and earthworms do not like pesticides. We believe that pesticides do not belong on the field or on the plate. Our goal: 100% organic farming. With every pack of Bauckhof organic Harissa falafel, you ensure that more land is cultivated organically and saved from pesticides. Good for the earth, good for the climate, good for all of us. Other notes: GMO-free, no artificial flavors, no synthetic colors, no synthetic preservatives, no white sugar, purely plant-based.

Preparation method: mix the composition with 200ml hot water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture again and form meatballs (teaspoon-sized) which are fried in neutral (olive) oil until golden brown.

Store in a dry and cool place.
