Preparation instructions

Remove the product from its packaging, place it on baking paper, in a baking tray, let it rest for 30 minutes, and then place it in a preheated oven at 155 degrees Celsius. Place a maximum of 12 pieces in a tray with dimensions 40cmx60cm. Baking time has 2 phases: PHASE 1: place the cookies at 155 degrees Celsius, ventilation 1, for 6 minutes. In PHASE 2, we will have 155 degrees Celsius, ventilation 2, baking time 9 minutes. Depending on the oven, if necessary, turn the tray in the last 3 minutes of PHASE 2.

Storage instructions

Once baked, it's best to store them in an airtight container, in the refrigerator. You can reheat them in the microwave for 10 seconds to rekindle the gooey magic. At room temperature, they remain fresh for up to a week.
