Casa Rinaldi pasta represents the ultimate Italian tradition and experience. Casa Rinaldi's Tagliatelle al bronzo no. 44 come from the tradition of artisanal pasta and are characterized by a clear and rough surface. As with other shapes from our production made with bronze dies, their aroma and taste are simple and delicate. For optimal preparation, we recommend boiling the tagliatelle according to the time indicated on the packaging. Additionally, we recommend seasoning with one of Casa Rinaldi's pasta sauces, such as Ragu alla Bolognese or mushroom-based sauces.
