Round Plums

Prunes have a very sweet taste and a deep yellow pulp, juicy, but at the same time firm.

Usage:
Round prunes are excellent for fruit salads. The juice literally comes out of the fruit when it reaches full maturity. They can also be cooked and are suitable for smoothies, jams, sweet desserts, but also with salty dishes, such as meat.

Storage
Do not put ripe plums in the refrigerator. The ideal temperature for storing them is around 2 °C, for short-term storage in the room, the ideal temperature is 6-20 °C.
