Venison stew

Aspius raw venison is a natural product, sourced from wild game from the Czech Republic. The meat is portioned and rapidly frozen to preserve its freshness, tender texture, and natural aroma. Consumption recommendation:

Frozen product – raw meat. Slow thawing in the refrigerator (12–24 hours) is recommended before cooking. Refreezing after thawing is not recommended. The meat can be cooked in the oven, on the grill, or in sauce, over low heat, to maintain its tenderness. It pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and dry red wine.
