Orogel Frozen Artichoke

Cooking instructions

Place the sealed bag on a microwave-safe dish face up. Microwave for 8 minutes. After defrosting, remove the dish from the oven. Caution: after cooking, the bag will be hot, handle only by the ends and wait 1-2 minutes before opening the bag. Pour the artichokes into a container and use as desired. Increase cooking time by 1 minute for every 100 watts of lower power.
Pan: Pour the frozen product into a pan, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and half a glass of water, a pinch of salt and the desired seasoning (garlic, parsley). Cover and cook for 16 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
