Covalact Natural Yogurt 2.8% is a 100% natural, tasty and nutritious product that preserves the authentic taste of traditional products. Yogurt is obtained by adding live lactic bacteria to milk, which have the role of transforming the sugar in milk (lactose) into lactic acid and giving the product a creamy consistency and a sour taste. In addition to its numerous nutritional properties, yogurt aids digestion and maintains a balanced bacterial flora in the intestines. When harmful bacteria predominate in the body, an imbalance occurs, which can be prevented by regular consumption of yogurt.
