Cooking recommendation:

Oven:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the frozen burgers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then place it in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown, turning halfway through the cooking time. The cooking time may vary depending on the type and performance of the oven.

Pan:

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then add the frozen burgers and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning on both sides, until golden brown.

Deep fryer:

Put the frozen Edenia cauliflower burgers in oil heated to 180 °C for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
The product does not require defrosting before preparation.
