Ficosota is a large Bulgarian enterprise which has six factories in Bulgaria for the production of hygiene and sanitary products, detergents, and food, and offices in Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and the USA. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the company has introduced safety measures that have not been relaxed since. The planning process was completely changed – from annual planning to quarterly planning. Projects and advertising costs for 2020 were replanned.
