ECO Celery

Celeriac is a very aromatic root vegetable with a spicy taste.

Usage:

To prevent the celeriac bulbs from blackening, put them in water with vinegar. First wash them thoroughly with a brush under a shower of water, then cut them thinly and put them immediately in acidified water.
Celeriac will find its place in your kitchen. You can use it in broth, sauces, mixes or add it to a smoothie. Often found in soups and stews, or in raw salads, it offers a special taste.

Storage:
Keep the bulbs in a cool place and at a higher relative humidity.
