Cooking recommendations:

Oven:

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Place the frozen fish sticks in a baking tray lined with baking paper and place it in the preheated oven, on the shelf in the center of the oven. Bake for approximately 15-17 minutes, until they turn golden brown. After 10 minutes, turn them over to the other side. The cooking time may vary depending on the type and performance of the oven.

Frying pan:

Put the frozen fish sticks in a frying pan with hot oil and fry them over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, turning them on both sides, until they turn golden brown. Do not defrost the product before cooking!
