In 2010, the company took its 80 years of experience in the global coffee industry to the next level, with one purpose: to ensure that all of its coffee is sourced responsibly. The Nescafe Plan helps farmers, farming communities and the planet.

The company now has 300 Nescafe coffee experts working with farmers in 15 countries, providing training in entrepreneurship and developing agricultural skills. Since 2010 Nescafe has helped train over 700,000 farmers.

Nescafe supports local farming communities and inspires the next generation to become coffee farmers, through empowerment and skills development programs.
