Fresh egg pasta made with soft wheat flour and durum wheat semolina, in the shape of "Grandi Girasoli" with a filling of chanterelles and Asiago cheese. Store at a temperature of +4°C. Once the package is opened, consume within 3 days. Best before / Lot: see the bottom of the plastic film. Add the pasta to boiling water. Boil gently for 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta. Add extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce (suggestions on www.food&glory.com) and serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
