ECO Green asparagus

Asparagus from organic farming.

Asparagus is a spring vegetable that can be used to prepare appetizers, soups and main courses.

Before preparation, the stems, which are more fibrous than the rest of the stem, are removed.

Most often, asparagus is boiled a little and served with melted butter, hollandaise sauce or olive oil infused with garlic, aromatic herbs and lemon juice dressing. It can also be grilled for a few minutes, then removed to a container with a lid, where we let it rest for a few minutes, together with spices and sprinkled with the appropriate dressing (it can be a little butter, white wine, a pinch of salt and a little pepper).
