Honey and propolis in the composition of bath salt have a beneficial effect on the skin, making it softer, more elastic and velvety. They also have a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Biologically active substances from honey penetrate deep into the skin, accelerate metabolism, participate in skin regeneration, contributing to its rejuvenation. They also have anti-cellulite properties. Propolis has a calming effect, strengthens the body's immune system, moisturises, nourishes and softens the skin. The salt contains a high concentration of micro and macro elements necessary for the normal functioning of the body: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, sulphate ions.

Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a pronounced bathing effect, dissolve about 500 g in a bathtub. The procedure is performed daily or every other day, for 10-20 minutes, at a water temperature of 35-39 °C. A course of 10-15 procedures is recommended.
