Ingredients: 100g Low Carb Universal Flour | 3 eggs | 150 ml water | 7g yeast liquefied in water | 50 ml olive oil | Salt
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Divide the resulting dough into 8 balls, roll them in Low Carb Universal Flour to prevent them from sticking to the counter. Form round flatbreads, approximately 3 mm thick, or thin flatbreads 1-1.5 mm thick. Cook in a non-stick pan, taking care not to burn them in areas where they have formed air bubbles and puffed up. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days wrapped in a paper or plastic bag, without losing their elasticity.
