The usual recommended dose is 300 mg silymarin (2 Lagosa dragees) per day. The dragees should be swallowed with a small amount of liquid.
If you use more Lagosa than you should:
If you have accidentally taken too many dragees, or a child has swallowed some dragees, contact your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately. In case of overdose, symptomatic treatment is recommended. There is no specific antidote for silymarin overdose.
If you forget to use Lagosa:
If you have accidentally forgotten to take your daily dose, take the next dose as usual. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Composition:
- The active substance is silymarin. Each dragee contains 150 mg silymarin as 240 mg dry methanolic extract of milk thistle fruit (Carduus marianus fructus).
- The other ingredients are: core - lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium type A, povidone K30, talc, magnesium stearate, solid fat; coating layer - shellac, sugar, calcium carbonate, talc, acacia gum, corn starch, titanium dioxide (E 171), colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone K30, macrogol 6000, glycerol 85%,
polysorbate 80, montan glycol wax.
