Dry white wine
In the late 1960s, Eugenio Tinazzi's determination and passion for wine were enough for him to start his own business, the Tinazzi winery. The passion was passed down from father to son, and in the following years Gian Andrea Tinazzi gradually opened up the company's horizons. Today, Gian and his children run Casa Tinazzi, one of the most respected wineries in Italy, and continue to produce their own wines in the small town of Lasize. Tinazzi also owns extensive properties in Valpolicella and Apulia where grapes from traditional varieties are grown and vinified using modern technology.
Appearance: Golden yellow with greenish hues, bright.
Nose: Delicate aromas of peaches and cantaloupe melon, hints of yeast and bergamot. TASTE: It tingles on the tongue with its acidity and refreshes with aromas of citrus fruits: bergamot, lime, green pears and flowers. Fruity, mineral finish, with a hint of dry vegetation and earthiness.
Serving recommendation
A white wine with many compliments at tables with Mediterranean appetizers, dishes with mushrooms and crustaceans (crab, lobster, shrimp, mussels, oysters, mussels) and vegetarian dishes.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place away from frost and sunlight.
