Meat preparation: This type of meat may have a thin membrane or skin that needs to be removed before cooking. Check the piece of meat and remove any tougher parts or excess fat.
Seasoning the meat: Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on both sides of the butcher's steak. You can also add other spices or herbs, such as garlic powder, rosemary or thyme, to give it more flavor.
Preheat the grill or pan: Heat the grill or pan over medium-high heat. It is important to heat it well to seal the flavors and juices in the meat.
