Handcrafted from chicken meat, at Ferma lui Tane, following our own recipe. Prepared exclusively from clean ingredients - chicken meat, pork fat, natural casing, and a mix of spices, these frankfurters are our pride when it comes to preserving original recipes. Baked and lightly smoked, they are nutritious, healthy, and absolutely delicious. Place them in water before it boils and simmer for 2 minutes. You can serve them with your favorite sauces or vegetable salads.
About the producer

Ferma lui Tane is located at the foothills of the Carpathians, far from industrial areas, where animals grow as close as possible to the way nature intended them to live. The animals have large spaces, with natural pastures and arranged lakes, precisely to ensure a natural habitat. Also here, dairy products, meat preparations, and pantry items are handcrafted with great care and passion.
The butchery is a space arranged to allow us to apply traditional methods of meat processing and preservation under conditions of hygiene and food safety. The raw material comes from animals and poultry naturally fed with fodder, mown hay, and cereal grist. We do not use industrial meat processing techniques or chemical ingredients for appearance, taste, or extending shelf life. Our products are made only from meat and animal fat and contain no other protein than animal protein. We use specific spice blends for each product and only as much as necessary to highlight the natural flavor of the meat. In terms of taste and consistency, we have two methods for preparing natural meat products:
- Maturation, with a mix of spices, followed by drying in a controlled environment – for raw-dried products, this process can take several good months;
- Preservation in marinade and brine, after which they are air-dried, smoked or not, then steamed and baked. These are the thermally processed products.
