Broccoli succulent, with a delicate taste.
Use
We can steam broccoli, stew it, fry it, bake it, use it as a filling or we can process it in soups, sauces, vegetable mixtures, spreads, soufflés, puddings and salads. It goes well as a light garnish with meat or vegetarian dishes.
When cooking broccoli, we eliminate the smell by dripping a little lemon juice or milk into the water.

Ingredients:
300g broccoli
150g flour
3 eggs
200ml milk or water
1 clove of grated garlic
Method of preparation:
Steam the broccoli, remove and mash it. Mix the eggs with the flour and water/milk. Add the garlic and broccoli, mixing with a spoon or spatula. Grease a pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Storage conditions
To keep it as fresh as possible, store the broccoli in an airtight bag and put it in the refrigerator, preferably in a drawer for vegetables and fruits.
