Csiki Sor Unfiltered Craft Beer Bottle

Unfiltered beer, contains yeast cells, 6% alcohol, is packed in a 500 ml returnable bottle. The manufacturing process of Csiki Sor - Unfiltered beer does not include the final operation of the usual beer manufacturing process, by which the beer obtained after the fermentation process is filtered to remove yeast cells and other solid substances from suspension.
Csiki Unfiltered beer contains yeast cells, thus increasing the nutritional value of the beer. The vitamin B content is beneficial to the human body and reduces the effect of a hangover.

About the producer

“Csiki Sör” beer is a craft beer produced according to the “German Purity Law” - from 1516 - from 3 basic elements: water, malt and hops. The difference between a craft beer and an industrial one is given by the lack of additives, synthetic enzymes, preservatives and the duration of the fermentation process. In the Harghita area, this beer has been produced for over 500 years.

The owner of the factory inherited this recipe, and in 1584 the Jesuits mentioned for the first time in their writings the production of this beer in Transylvania. The original recipe was improved with the help of Master Brewer Simonffy Arpad and today it has become one of the most appreciated beers in Romania.
The raw materials used are: Münchener and Pilsener malt for the base beer and caramel malt for the brown beer, the hops are the ones that give the bitter taste and, of course, the best and purest water from the Harghita area.
The beer has won numerous awards that attest to its indisputable quality.
