Extremely versatile, this coffee comes with a special tactility, being the most full-bodied Brazil in our selection. The coffee we chose is from the Obata variety, the most resistant and the most complex aromatic in the climatic conditions of the farm region. Being a small plant full of leaves, the cherries ripen more slowly due to protection from direct exposure to the sun. We were seduced by the friendly but full of personality aromatic profile of the Ribeiro brothers' coffee. The name of the farm comes from the proximity to the Pedra Grande mountain, a superb landscape that takes your breath away. In addition to the 135 ha of protected forest area, the impeccable organization of the crops from an agronomic point of view is also a great merit.
