Silica cat litter in granules
Silica litter has the property of absorbing liquids in a few seconds, preventing the spread of unpleasant odours. Subsequently, the water particles evaporate, while the bacteria and unpleasant odours remain trapped in the litter. Silica is a biodegradable product, without powder and which does not stick to the cat's paws or fur.
Instructions for use: clean the litter box thoroughly and then place a layer of about 3 cm of product. Regularly remove solid excrement with a scoop; then lightly stir the litter, adding fresh product if necessary. A 5 l bag of silica has the capacity to absorb the entire amount of urine of a medium-sized cat for about a month. If you have more cats, it is recommended to increase the thickness of the litter layer to 4 cm and in this case the litter should be refreshed more frequently (for 2 cats every 15 days; 3 cats every 10 days). When liquid appears on the bottom of the litter box, it is time to change the litter. Used litter can be disposed of with organic waste. Store in a dry place.
