Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature below 18 °C.
Suitable for further processing.
Mix the powder with water in a ratio of 1:7*.
Make a small amount of porridge.
Slowly add water and let it stand.
Stir or whisk until the desired consistency - ideally smooth.
Confectioners always let the egg whites dissolve until the next day.
Suitable for preparing sweet and savory dishes.
4 g of mixture is equivalent to the egg white content of 1 egg.
*100 g of powder mixed in 700 ml of water corresponds approximately to the egg white of 25 chicken eggs (approximately 800 g of egg white).
