The harsh climate of northern Transylvania has given us a land with sour cherries, from which we harvest, with strictness, wild cherries, well ripened in the shade of the forests. Scalded in pure spring water, we sweeten them and leave them to macerate, in cool cellars, to obtain a sweet syrup. For the liquor to embrace our style, we combine alcohol with the tradition and the Bran family recipe, thus refining a Romanian sour cherry liqueur that delights the soul and enchants the senses.

Clima aspră din nordul Transilvaniei ne-a rodit pământul cu vișini de soi, din care culegem, cu strictețe, vișinele sălbatice, coapte bine la umbra codrilor. Scăldate în apă pură de izvor, le îndulcim și le lăsăm la macerat, în pivnițe răcoroase, pentru a obține un sirop dulceag. Pentru ca licoarea să ne îmbrace portul, îmbinăm alcoolul cu tradiția și rețeta familiei Bran, rafinând, astfel, o vișinată românească, ce bucură sufletul și încântă simțurile.
