Salitos Tequila Gold

Made from sun-kissed Weber Blue Agave, Salitos Tequila transports the earthy, fresh-from-the-field character of Mexico’s renowned Jalisco region straight to the connoisseur’s glass.

The blue agave plants required to produce this premium spirit are matured for 8 years, as opposed to the conventional 6, before being carefully selected by a master distiller and roasted in a stone oven.

SALITOS spirits are produced through slow, open fermentation. The surrounding lemon trees and vast fields of flowers lead to a natural concentration of yeast, which gives the tequila its own unique complexity of flavour.

Thanks to double distillation and the addition of artesian spring water, SALITOS Tequila gains additional minerals and taste.

Taste

A hint of caramel and cut grass, with citrus blossom, toasted oak, dried herbs, white chocolate and pepper.
