Preparation: Spring Rolls
Place the rice sheets one by one between a stack of clean kitchen towels that have been moistened beforehand. After one minute, the sheets become soft. Now they can be filled and rolled without tearing. Fill the rice sheets with filling. The rice sheets can now be consumed or fried until golden.

Suggestions for spring roll filling:
Vegetarian filling for spring rolls (for 15 spring rolls). Prepare an omelette from 2 eggs and a little chopped coriander. Cut the omelette, 1 bell pepper, and 1 carrot into thin strips. Prepare approximately 50 grams of rice noodles according to the recipe and rinse them with cold water. Finally, add 100 grams of bean sprouts to the filling. Add soy sauce, chili (red), salt, and sugar to taste, then mix everything with the filling. Mix all ingredients well and let stand for 15 minutes. This vegetarian filling can also be used as a base, supplemented with fish, chicken, bacon, or another main ingredient.
