Seaweed salad is not a relative of classic garden salad – it grows in ocean waters, being a natural marine algae full of minerals and flavor.

This premium seaweed salad is harvested directly from the Bloscon area, Brittany, a region renowned for the purity of its waters.
The algae are hand-picked and processed using traditional methods, washed with seawater and preserved in natural sea salt, at controlled temperatures between 3 and 8°C, to maintain their freshness, intense color, and nutritional properties.

Before consumption, we recommend desalting the algae in cold water for a few minutes.
Perfect for salads, sushi, poke bowls, or gourmet garnishes.
